The Orkuma bottle is inspired by Maasai talking sticks, with their long necks, rounded bases and intricate beadwork. The glassware itself is crafted from recycled glass bottles, handblown by artisans with disabilities in Arusha, Tanzania. The beadwork is all woven together, by hand, with thread made from recycled grain sacks. The Orkuma bottle #23 features pearl and aubergine beads, on a pink toned vessel.
