Glass Beads Green

These beautiful powder glass beads are skilfully crafted by members of the Krobo Tribe of Ghana. Glass is crushed to form a powder, pressed, and then poured into clay moulds shaped using cassava leaf stems. The beads are then baked and finally polished. An intricate process that has remained unchanged for centuries.
